This is me...

This is the blog of a busy academic (okay, okay - graduate student) and her quest to have a healthy and fit lifestyle in the Real World! No offense to you personal trainers, etc. But I think it's much more difficult when exercise is not a part of your job description! Follow me as I strive for a healthy and fit lifestyle - maybe it can give you the motivation you've been seeking to get started making your life a "fit" one, too! It's hard out here in the real world!
